someone recommended the BRAT diet, where i did half of it and ate a yogurt and banana each day for about 1-2 weeks before my period so that i wouldn't get diarrhea on the first day like a normally do
it worked
but instead, i was constipated
after drinking some juice, the pain went away but i still couldn't go to the bathroom
however, the next day, i had the worst one shot case of diarrhea i've ever had and nearly threw up afterwards where i hadn't eaten anything out of the ordinary
so, does anyone have some suggestions here?

Drinking plenty of water before and after eating foods will help in normal digestion. Chew the food properly to aid digestion. Consult a doctor and opt for a good probiotic supplementary. These are good bacterias that aid in cleansing intestines. Banana is good for constipation but eating it after a meal will reverse the functionality of the fruit. Eating fruits in empty stomach will benefit more than eating them after meals.
