Dear Sir/Madam,
I am 25 years old and for over years I've been playing different kind of games, Soccer, Volleyball, basketball, Karate, Judo, swimming, but I gain muscles in all body parts and my back looks great and so does my arms, but I cant get abs, even if I struggle to do 300sit ups half a day, still I dont get abs, can you please tell me whats wrong? or can you direct me a better way to do it?

hey man, i have had the same problum. i work out, i do all this exercise and i used to not even see abs, the secret to great abs is not doing sit-ups. you can do 1000 a day and not see a thing. what you need to do is run, i started running a little while ago, i run 30 min every other day and burn about 300 cal each time. i have been doing it for a few weeks now and havent done one sit-up and guess what, I HAVE ABS!! playing sports, swimming, and working out may not be enough for some people so run your abs flat.
also drink lots of water, this is very important! if you do not have water in your system then it wont help you at all.
push yourself every day, abs also have to do with diet. go to Men'sHealth.com and you will find what you need to burn off the belly.
