Hi, ive noticed today as i had a shower that i had a small yellowy spot on my penis so i thought nothing much of it and let it go, but after coming home today i thought i'd better check just to see and it has grown in size and is worrying me, it is now the size of a small pea and is yellow and looks pusy [ i havent squeezed it yet ] with a red outside, i dont know if it helps but i'm 13

If it's a pimple, it's going to run it's course, and possibly pop on it's own.
If it's NOT, you'll open the skin to an infection or worse from the outside world.
Just keep it clean, and consider some first aide cream as a topical treatment.
You don't say where this is... head, side, shaft, etc.
Nor do you discuss your sexual history or experience.
Did you do anything recently (within a week prior to the discovery) that might be related? Dating? Kissing? Fondling? Petting?
How clean is your laundry? Any new detergents? Do you do your own laundry? Change underwear daily?
How about masturbation? Anything rough, irritating or used to lube?
If the answer is all negative, you might want to go talk with your doctor or gym coach privately. He might be able to refer you to a school nurse or give some advice.
