My wife was diagnosed birketts cell lymphoma in brain. That happened few days ago. I’m still not clear with it. I think that she’s about to have to undergo chemotherapy. Can this disease be cured by chemo?

My brother had burkitts lymphoma and was cured. Thanks God for that. He had tumour in bone marrow, but chemo really helped. But we were told that prognosis may be good.
You just have to keep the faith and support your wife. My brother had 11 treatments with metotrexat. In the midtime he had fever and infectious. So, it may look like you’re going to lose her, but this disease can be cured.

My brother also had burkitts lymphoma leukemia. The doctors said he had only 2 weeks to live, he was in the worst stage of the whole thing. My parents are funeral home directors and the doctor told us to go ahead and make funeral arrangements that he is going to die soon, very soon. I'm telling you if my brother that was 8 years old can make it through so can your wife. I'll tell you what you need to do...... PRAY! God answers prayers!!!

i am so glad your brother survived a form of leukemia but i dont think you should tell people to pray to god, your brother got healthy because he responded to the treatment he received. you are giving people false hope as good intententioned people do because they have had a good result. god has nothing to do with it. my own much loved and mourned son, was diagnosed with leukemia on christmas eve 2007 and died on 23rd january 2008. he left behind a little boy aged 3 who will never remember him and my sons death was the last unanswered prayer for me, i prayed many times and lost every one of them, a sister at 39 who left 2 kids, two brothers in their 50's i lost my dad when i was 13. so if god has anything to do with it why would all this happen. you just got lucky so please dont give people false hope - you can pray for ever and a day but if its not to be then thats it, i know you mean well but think about what you say,
