So i recently got birth control pills.
the brand is called Lutera.
well anyways;-- i know i'm suppose to take the pill everyday at the same time.
well, i started taking mine on Friday because that's when my period started. It was around 12. Then, on saturday i slept until like 2PM and missed the time i was suppose to take it, but i forgot about it till like 3AM when i was talking to my boyfriend. So i took it then, and then later that day (today) i was suppose to take it at 12. (meaning i took 2 cus that's what the instruction says) but i slept through again and woke up at 2:10PM. >;)
so i took it then.
is this okay ?
i mean, if i took it like that, will it still be effective ????

If it is your first month of birth control pills- then no, it's not safe to have unprotected sex. You have to have at least 7 days of strict taking. If you've been taking the pills for a few months- then it's a different story.
