it sounds like genital warts to me if its that big, i'd get it checked to be sure its not a wart or cancerous.
im 13 and never had sex. but i have a lump on my penis but its pink and its really soft. i had noticed that it is getting smaller when i dont touch it, but when i urinate, it gets biger again.
