i have black piples on my penis and they cant be poped and they are not painfull at all when i try to pop them its like pinching my skin, i have no form of discharge or any thhing else just this pimples and they are fairly big and noticeble but not obstractive.

your gonna have to cut them out with a razorblade...just remember to tripple disinfect.
its what i did for mine, though mine didnt have blackheads. when i cut it out, it was like popping a pimple. i just used a razorblade and made a slight incision over top of it and with some pressure, it all just evacuated itself out and i cleaned it so hopefully i dont get an infection, but used poly sporin so i should be ok
