I'm on the pill and was spotting for three weeks in the meantime I skipped my period on purpose and forgot to take the pill the day after sex. I continued spotting and took a pregnancy test which came up negative and then had sex again the day before I started taking my period pills. I got a normal period but have since had cramps and light bleeding with a water like fluid. Any ideas on what is happening? I'm hoping to see doc this week
