It may also be due to blood circulation, when aroused as a female and achieving and orgasm blood circulation increases. Happens to me as well and I have no issues down there.
This is really frustrating. Seems like so many cases and no real answers.
My story:
For the last 8 months, I have light to moderate bleeding during and after sex as well as clitoral stimulation. I went to the obgyn about 3 months ago. I am not on or have not been on any form of birth control in 6 years. This is impacting my sex life obviously even though my guy is understanding and not squeamish. Oral is not even a possibility. BAck to the point. My doctor did a pap. Normal. Also did a sti swab. Clean. So she ordered an ultrasound. Normal. Then I had an uterine biopsy done. Normal. She put me on a tapper (heavy dose of hormones) to stop the bleeding. Bled harder.
I am currently scheduled for a D&C hysteroscopy with myosure. This will happen in 2 weeks. I'm scared. But desperate to return to normal. I have no prior issues with abnormal bleeding. Cervical, uterine, or ovarian issues. If anyone has been down my path, please respond. Im 30 and would like to have a child in the near future. $2000 and 4 months in so far and no answers.

Could be a polyp on the cervix. A vaginal exam will show it.
I'm on the depo shot to and since I got it I've been bleeding

Omg I have that injection as well as my arm and I'm going through the same thing every time after an orgasm or better yet when I have to urinate and I hold it too long I bleed
I'm in this same boat but I have been bleeding non-stop and if i do slow down or stop and I have a clitoral orgasm I bleed fresh red blood and i might even clot sometimes too.

Nice to know I'm not the only one having this issue, but at the same time it's the worst. It got to the point of being so bad and causing other unpleasant brown/red discharge for a long period of time (over two weeks) I finally went in and got tested for EVERYTHING. Everything. Even though the discharge was my only symptom I had blood work and all other works. The tests all showed up negative. I'm 100% clean of anything that could be causing this continuous bleeding, and not currently sexually active so that's not causing it either, and they checked for any cuts etc, nothing. I am on the depo shot currently but this has been an on and off problem since I had an IUD as well. No one can ever seem to give me an answer as to what it is either.
