I’ve had this bleeding issue after clitoral orgasims now for a year!! And they have done excessive testing with no conclusive diagnosis. I went for a blood test yesterday to determine that I’m done with menopause. So now the bleeding with orgasm is a more serious concern. It’s coupled with extreme pain during intercourse also with no visual or obvious explanation. I have to return for repeated tests they’re telling me they want to rule out uterine cancer. My grandmother died from that at 43. Please pray for me and I’ll keep you posted thanks

Im on the depo shot also and I have this same problem
You are not alone. I have had this all of my life (45 yrs old) and no answers from medical professionals. It is frustrating.
