Hi, theres somethign sort of like a blister right on the tip of my tongue. It is very painful and the middle of it is very very smooth (not like normal tongue bumps), and the outsides are whiteish. It's very annyoing and paintful at times. any time it comes in contact with anything it hurts. Can someone help me find out what this is (if its not a blister) and how i can help it go away?

Hello there,
You are probably suffering from fever blisters or mouth ulcers whatever name you prefer. This condition is very contagious so watch out if you have some small children in your house. It will last for about 10 days but sometimes can last even longer. If you don’t experience any other symptoms such as high fever and severe pain than you can avoid visiting your doctor. But if you want to be sure (which is always better) you can consult him about this. He will probably prescribe you some antibiotics.
And since this is nasty condition which likes to return you can consult your doctor about advices how to prevent it in the future. And don’t forget to drink a lot of fluids.
