i had the implanon iud from 11/2010-7/7/2011. I had my first "cycle" 8/7-8/9/11. It was more like spotting and very light in color. it is now 8/22 and for the past week I have been feeling really different. the pit of my stomach feels full and there is a tad bit of a cramp. Im not sure whats going on. Could it just be pms or pregnancy? is there any way of knowing before i purchase a test? i am really anxious to know whats going on. please help me figure this out!!!
It sounds to me like you are going to start soon. I would wait a couple of weeks longer to see if you get your period. If you dont get it within that time frame, then I would take a pregnancy test. Remember your body has to adjust to not having the iud anymore. I give your body a little more time and not worry about it for a little longer
