Hello, im 17 and as of last week i have started to bloat allot after i have eaten foods or near lunch timebreaky is fine (bacon and eggs)but when i get to lunch (chicken and sallad rolls) i start to get bloated,dinner (usually something meaty) stomach increases even bigger after thatthen wake up and then it starts all over again
i have a steady diet of fruit, veg/salad, meat, dairy products every daymy weight is about 70kg and i wouldnt be surprised if ive put on 2-3 kg at the end of the night (it looks like it!)this has NEVER happened to me before (least i dont think so but it is VERY noticable and it makes me look HUGE when i had a 4 pack a month ago)
should i be worried about this? because i am seriously concerned with this
