I have them, it is disgusting. Antibiotics do not work, many doctors do NOT know how to treat this disease. It is gross, embarrassing , and I am trying to live with it. VERY FRUSTRATING

For the boils, I was told it is from shaving and getting ingrown hairs.  Therefore, do not shave in that area and use AntiBacterial Soap (Dial).  Use a cream hair remover (Nair).   Good luck!
