For the most part, yes. Guys also would stare at your hips, butt, thighs, bare belly button, your bare feet, and your pretty face.
Hi shaybaby_81994, I can tell you that honestly that guys would of course notice if you are wearing a low-cut top or not but that's not the only thing that guys would stare at. Are you asking this question because you want to be taken seriously, or are you asking the question because you would like to know just out of curiosity? If you are curious because you want to be taken seriously, sometimes you have to unfortunately downplay your size. Is that the case? Either way, it would be nice to know why you are posting about this as you seem to be very concerned. Let us know!
Of course. If your boobs are that big and you wear low cut sweaters what do you expect? But if your chest was maybe an A cup, you would notice the difference. On the other hand, you could have a nice ass, but small boobs, guys would look at you walking away, or beautiful legs and small boobs, guys would look at you still. It's nice to be able to stay in fashion without feeling that the only thing that is being noticed is your chest, but you have to expect it.
DD is large and the guys (and girls) will be drawn to your chest, it's natural. If it bothers you, play it down, if you like what God gave you, more power to you. If i had a pair of double d torpedoes you know i'd have them out there front and center.
