Hey,
My boyfriend, who I've been with for a year and 7 months, has recently admitted to me with some embarrassment that the reason he doesn't ejaculate often is because his foreskin is too tight.
He's never told anyone this before and is really anxious about having the op.
I'd like to ask, what actually happens during the operation? And what differences will he notice afterwards?
And also, who is best to go and see about it, his GP or a sexual health clinic??
Thanks very much :-)

what your boyfriend has is called phimosis. he should talk to a GP about it as there are solutions other than circumcision. circumcision means they remove the foreskin entirely, basically his penis would look roughly like it does with the foreskin fully retracted. the thing is, circumcision generally results in decreased sensation for a man so i would advise against it if there are other options available.
