You can have sex and get fingered without your hymen even being touched. It all depeneds on how deep he has went inisde you. Usually you will know whenever your hymen breaks because it sorta almost feels like you just started your period (which you didn't). Maybe your hymen hasn't been in contact with anything yet for it to break. But tell your boyfriend the deeper he goes, the more likely he is to break it. But, as of right now tell him to calm down.
