breast augmentation

I am 3 weeks post BA with under the muscle Mentor hi-profile smooth 300cc implants. At 1 week post op the PS told me I have capsular contracture. Told me to wear a sports bra with an ace bandage wrapped tight around me chest for 24hrs a day for 4 months. Well, this hurts so bad I can't stand it. My right breast is high and I can't shave under my arm. He told me not to do any massage. Does anyone know anything about this? I am desperate.
