i am 14 and i woke up one morning with my chin all brown with spots it was not acne but it got really hot bad and got worse during the day. i put on acne medication but its still there just lighter does any one know what it is or what to do it looks really ugly on my face !

Could it be Tinea versicolor. Google it. Don't worry if it is, from what I've read it's not contagious and can be easily treated.
