I have had brown liquid vaginal discharge for about 40 days, in small clots. Mild cramps also, blotting felling, no odorous. Discharge is not heavy but it is constant. I suspect that is blood, but the thing that makes me worried is that is liquid. Is that a sign of some vaginal disease? I am very scared and worried.

Such bleeding can be caused by all kinds of things. Brown liquid from vagina is probably blood. Usually if the bleeding is quite slight it takes longer to reach outside and turns from red to brown. Most commonly infections and erosions are cause of such discharge. But as there are lots of things you should see your gynecologist for examination. I think that most of the causes are easily treated. I shouldn’t be afraid.
