Brown marks on Penis shaft have slowly increased over the past few months?

Brown marks on Penis shaft have slowly increased over the past few months? I first noticed a little patch of the bottom of the shaft in February I think and since then I have started to get little marks on the sides. I would very much appreciate any feedback.
