I am 18yr old male. I have been masturbating excessively but have stopped for the past week. I am uncircumsized and i noticed about 2wks ago that the head of my penis was brown. I have not had any sex. That rules out any possibility of STD. I am really worried about this and i am too scared to go to the doctor. I also noticed really small red dots just below the brown area. I am very very worried. Does anyone have an idea about this?
