and they seem to be growing. They do not itch or anything else. I already went to the doctor and he said that it were birthmarks or getting older spots. i'm asking here cause i wanna know for sure...the reason therfore is because they are growing. i am 32 btw

You could have papules or plaques on your penis. This is very common and harmless. You sound just fine.

2nd do they look like moles or freckles?
3rd how big wud you guess they are? a millimetre 3 millimetres?
4th is your skin color white or brown? (the lumps could just be brown because of your skin colour)

If they've been seen by a doctor, they are under observation.
If they are moles and getting larger, get a second opinion.
