i started my period around july 6 and ended around the 10th. i started having a brown spotting discharge only when i wiped after urinating. some cramping in my lower back has followed. this doesn't happen every month but it has happened somewhat often (but not regularly) in the past. i am 41 years old and worried. any advice or thoughts appreciated.
