I stopped taking birth control pills about 2 1/2 months ago (after being on them for 5 years) so my husband and I could try and have a baby. My first 2 periods off the birth control were almost right on time (29 day cycles) but this month I was 2 days late for my period and now I've had 3 days of brown/pink spotting. I've taken 3 pregnancy tests and all have been negative! One day last week I was nauseaous and vomited once and I've had headaches and back pain. Could the urine tests just be false?? Anyone else have a few normal periods after going off the pill, then they went all wacky?? Trying to figure out if this is pregnancy or just my body being messed up after I stopped the pill. you could possibley just be having an abnormal period again. however, for some women urine test are not accurate. you can always go get a blood test done, and that will tell you.
