I bruised my spleen a week ago...spent a few days in hospital...first they thought that I had reptured it...but after a week it is still pretty painful.

Slowly improving...

I am wondering how long it takes to recover to the point of where I can start to feel comfortable....

And how long it would take to fully recover

I am a 46yr old female...in very good shape( before accident )
