Well I have always been a city guy. And when I was younger I couldn't imagine my self living in a house. I like to live in a big building and to have a nice view around the city. I have never considered living in a house, and I just can't see my self in one.
What about everybody else? Do you live in a house or a building? Do you like it there?
I live in an apartment and I really like it. I don't have a lawn to mow, I don't have property taxes to pay, and I generally get to deal with very few problems. I think that living in an apartment is an ideal situation for me. On top of that, living in a house means that I'd have to live outside of a city, and I would not like that at all.

I was born and bred a city girl, but when i re married i moved into my husbands country home. Looking back, i do miss the hustle and bustle of city living, but after being in the country for 15 years, i couldn't imagine going back to the congestion of the city. The grocery store is 20 minutes away as opposed to 5, the mall is about 40 minutes away which sucks around Christmas time, but the little road side vegetable stands are right out side my door. The air is fresh, aside from the smell of cow poop when the wind blows just right. The bull frogs ribbitt me to sleep at night along with the howling of the coyotes in the distance. zzzzzzzz!!

Well both, apartment and house have their own benefits. Now as I said I'm a guy who likes living in a big building, but I can't say that I will never live in a house. Maybe some day I will change my opinion and by a house. Having a house is nice, but like bbfeet said she need 40 minutes to to mall, or 20 minutes to grocery store. I have these thing very close by me. And I don't have to rush or drive, I can just walk to there.
