I woke up one day and felt pain on my pubic area. I went to the bathroom to check it and I found a little bump just a half inch above the shaft of my penis. It 's like a pebble and it hurts a little when I touch it. Can somebody tell me what is this? Should I consult my doctor? Is this cancer?
