I've had these little bumps like goosebumps on my penis for a long time.
I've been told that those are normal, though.
But, I had sex for the first time at the beginning of last summer, almost a year ago. I've never been with another person, and I had sex with this girl one time.
We were at it for about twenty minutes and we got interupted, and thats a different story entirely, but I was wearing a condom and all that.
Now though, there has been this red bump, that does not look like a herpes sore on the base of my penis, like just before my scrotum.
I realized it a few months ago, and it still won't go away.
It looks sorta like a pimple, and every once in a while, the skin on the back of my penis sheds...
Can anyone tell me whats going on?

Good summary of your experience. I like that.
Second, don't worry.
The fact that you used protection is good, no matter how the episode ended or why... you made the right choice.
The small goose bumps are normal. You can ignore them as long as they are not open, broken, weeping or infected.
The small red bump is most probably an infected hair, or a backed up pimple. It happens from time to time. Just keep cleaning the area, use a warm wash-cloth to keep the area clean and heated when bathing to encourage the internal blood supply to do it's work.
If that red bump breaks open, or begins to itch, that's another matter... and I'd send you to get it checked out in that case.
As far as sheding of skin... that could be a number of things, from regular skin growth, to jock itch, to a fungal infection.
If it doesn't itch, and you've only noticed that it's shedding when you do a close inspection, I wouldn't worry.
But if you're dealing with an itchy peeling, then you are most likely looking at some form of treatment like for jock itch or diaper rash.

Kirk C, I think what you said is totally accurate. It sounds like it's some sort of fungal infection that needs to be taken care of soon. They don't clear themselves up so I would try some sort of over the counter fungal cream. If it doesn't get better within the week, I would recommend getting medical care. What do you think?

I've been thinking about this, and re-read what I wrote.
I'm thinking it sounds more agressive than I initially thought.
I'd get something over the counter... ask your pharmacist... but if the peeling skin doesn't improve immediately, I'd be seeing a doctor and soon. :-(
