a few weeks ago it started to burn when i urinated and i also noticed that i had some drainage coming from my penis. So the very first thing i did was went and got tested for an STD. I had them do the whole panel and test for everything and my tests all came back negative. im pretty stumped on this one and any help would be greatly appreciated.
