In my experience, if you can spread the hole and see red, it's just a small cut and will go away after a bit. Try not to nut too hard and it shouldn't happen too often; but when it does, just sitting on the toilet for a bit and peeing usually helps

This leads me to believe that your kidneys may be suffering and in turn causing this pain. My advice would be to get ur kidneys checked out, not sure what tests they have out there now, but the doc should know, but definitely a blood test would be the first one I would do.....

I have the same problem. It's almost as if your urethra is dry and it's stuck closed towards the tip of the penis until you pee and it hurts at first as pee starts to come out then feels better with a stead flow. Then, it hurts after, probably because of the initially pain. I'm no doctor, but sounds like the good ol penis hole is malfunctioning. Drink water so you pee more often.

Hello, not sure if this is a dead thread but here goes...
I had an episode of kidney stones over 1.5 years ago and about 6 months after that, I have had relatively infrequent (about once every 2 months) episodes of penile pain at the tip while urinating...the pain usually starts when the urine hits the tip, then no pain while urinating. Its driving me bonkers at times. It clears up quickly and most of the episodes occur in the afternoon till night, and the next morning i am fit as a fiddle with no discomfort again. Not sexually active currently (the last contact I had was more than 5 yrs prior..., ex-gf, so yea...no luck nowadays :( ...wthell is happening. Not sure what is triggering these episodes? i drink loads of water anws and am now starting craneberry juice to see if it helps. Anybody had similar experiences here? at my wits end. I am a student w/o insurance, and i hope that i would not have to pay to see a urologist for this..

I have had sort of the same problem since I was a kid. Sometimes after I pee the inside of the tip of my penis will burn somewhat and goes away within 10-20 minutes, a doctor said this was a symptom of my eczema because it can cause you to have sensitive skin (my groin area is the most affected by my eczema) for some reason masturbation seems to help it faster then simply waiting.
