I have also been suffering with exactly the same symptoms and have to fly tomorrow for work and left sinus after 2 courses antibiotics is still not 100%, probably 50% although I feel everything is now shifting and some relief. I think a virus has gone into sinuses and that can take awhile to get over. I have felt relief with putting Tea Tree Oil on my tissue and sniffing it through nostril and also I am drinking lots of water, eating lots of fruit and resting. I now have to fly tomorrow, which Im worried as ear may block again, I have tea tree nasal spray (natural), you can buy from chemist or health shop. so try these and see how this helps.

for some I think that the small muscles/ligaments surrounding the jaw casue a lot of odd referred pain. Hey, the massages are worth a try. If the muscles hurt (even just a little more than the other side) there may be a problem. The massage has seemed to help me a bit after just one day.
I have wierd sinus burning congestion feeling along with molar pain on a root canaled tooth that looks fine (i had the same pain before the root canal and the endodontist wasnt sure that I even needed a root canal). ENT says nothing is wrong. Please post if this helps.

This is enough to make you miserable. I get tired from my sinuses. Without having a sinus infection: I get the pain and burning in my sinuses along with it going into my teeth and sometimes down the side of my neck. I use benadryl tablets for the burning pain and it helps tremendously. I also can use nasal saline spray and halls cough drops. Basically my sinuses block and dry out. Also a nice hot shower can help.Good luck.

For the past 1.5 months, I have been having similar issues. It started about 2 years ago when I was jogging home from work and I felt like I was being pulled to the right, I stopped jogging for a brief monent and that sensation ent away but resurfaced about an hour later and again went away. I went to my doctor and he ran some tests and also referred me to a neurologist where I had a CT scan as well as an MRI, in which they found everything to be normal and of course the symptoms went away. Approximately 20 years ago, my left ear suffered some trauma and to this day, I have a ringing in the ears that will not go away, but, I haven't had any headaches accompanying the ringing before, my doctor has stated that this is Tinnitus. I think that this may be a contibuting factor as now there is paid behind my eyes, forehead, and around to the back of my neck as well as a mild burning in my left nostril, but without any discharge and no congestion, just pressure. No medications have seemed to work. I had a CT scan again recently and no sinus infection, but still the eye, forehead, back of the head pain, as well as my equilibrium being a little off, but the ER doctor said that it is a tension headache and he prescribed Ativan. I have even been to a naturopathic doctor and she seems to think that it is tension and has suggested acupressure, I am still convinced that this has to do with my sinuses and my ear trauma. I have been referred to an ENT specialist, still waiting and I hope that it helps

Did you ever figure out what this was? Did it go away? How long did it take? I am experiencing the same thing and it is ruining my life. Please let me know if you see this. I am desperate!

Hi cricket28. I'd like to follow up and see how your currently doing. I appreciate your response, because I'm having the same symptoms you described for about 1 year now. I've been to many doctors (general, neurologist, ent) and I've had both CT scans done to my brain and sinus but everything seemed to be fine. One doctor diagnosed me with TMJ which I've been treating with relaxation and stretching exercises for my jaw which seemed to help out a bit, thanks to a head and neck injury specialist I found through a friend. I'm concerned it may be a maxillary nerve issue, and I've been doing everything possible to treat this thing (vitamins, primrose oil, magnesium citrate) I'm currently seeing an acupuncturist that also helps...
I just wanted to see if your symptoms have gone away. It says it's been over 1 year since you posted and wanted to get some advise maybe from what you have tried. This thing has has greatly affected my everyday life and has made the simple things in life an arduous task. I hope to hear back from you.
Thanks

I like your post. What a great remedy. What were your symptoms please?
How are you now?
Do you think its the cardio or the muscle development that helps?
Maybe stretching helps?
What %age of your max heart rate are you doing and for how long?
Hope to hear from you
