Hello everyone, I saw that calcium/magnesium was recommended for Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients, and I am hoping that you wonderful people here on this forum could help me and tell me what the amounts are that should be ingested, and in what form? Where can these be ordered? Details, anyone?
Hallo,
I am not sure about the amount, but I think that this should be prescribed by your doctor. In my option when your doctor diagnoses the condition he then see’s in what state is your disease and than he is able to tell you what you need to use and in what amounts in order to get rid of the disease. Can you tell me if your doctor told you any of these things? Do you have any constipation or maybe dry skin? I know that there are several symptoms that can be induced by Hashimoto’s disease so you have to be careful about the treatment options. I hope this helped you a bit.
All the best to you,
Karen
