I am only twelve years old and five feet tall and I weigh 146lbs. I want to lose weight but I don't know what to do. Whenever I am around my friend I feel very self conscious about how I look. I won't even consider going swimming or shopping with my friends anymore. I want to lose somewhere between 10 and 15 pounds. However, I am not sure how. I want to lose weight healthy and I am willing to take as long as it takes. Has anyone been through this and know what I should do?
