Can i get an abortion without parental consent?

hii i m 16 and i m pregnent what shuld i do i dnt understand ....and the problem is my parents are against these all thingss and i hav a boyfrend whom i love very much bt the thing is i live in india what shuld i do now plzz HELP

I had sex with my boyfriend a month ago and well.. i missed ny period.. and both pregnancy test came back positive... I'm 16 and he's 18. We live in Idaho. We CAN NOT tell our parents.. we'll get kicked out and have no place to go. Is there any way we can get an abortion without parental consent? We haven't really decided abortion yet.. but we just want to have information on all of options. Please help asap..

If a minor can't go on a school field trip without parental consent, why should they be able to purchase an abortion without parental consent. Everyone is always so pro-choice until its their child that sneaks and does something like this behind their back. Then, they want the laws to change. People are so ignorant. Please leave the parenting of the child to that child's parents. She should not have been having sex anyways, so God lets things happen so that life's lessons can be learned. Who are you to interfere with that?

I understand in rape cases because it can cause emotional and mental damage to the mother, but what about in the US where the going virginity rate is 11. Sex is everywhere on t.v, but no one is teaching abstinence or even safe sex. This is just a scam that the FDA is using to make money. The more people don't know about sex, they will carelessly indulge. The more to indulge the more to get pregnant. i am 17 and im pretty sure im pregnant... My period is late and im really freaking out. i live in Indiana and I really need to know if parental consent is needed. not just for abortion but the abortion pill and the Aspiration procedure. I'm really freaking out.. I can't have a baby now. I'm almost a senior.. In about five months im going to be a senior in high school. I have plans for college and I cant do that with a baby... please help me.. :'( abortion is the last thing i would want to do but i cant have a baby... :'(

Stop having sex if you can't have a baby!!! Why should an innocent human being be denied life because you are irresponsible. You would not be freaking out right now if you made better choices. If you don't want to have a baby and you can not get pregnant at this time in your life, then have some self control and do NOT engage in sexual intercourse!! You can give your baby life, allow a family who wants to adopt a baby to adopt your child and postpone college for a year. If abortion is the last thing you want to do, then don't do it. You could live with a lifetime of regret if you choose to abort your baby. There are plenty of organizations that will support your decision to give your child life. Look up Birth Choice Clinics.

You need to contact a lawyer and get a judge to order that the abortion be performed. It won't be easy and it won't be cheap.

But , I have been thinking about an abortion every since I start having symptons of being pregnant. According to Planned Parenthood you NEED parental consent until age 18. You do have the option of going to court to get permission as well.
