Hi.. i'm 16 years old and i live in Montana. I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet but my periods late.. I'm very nervous and am looking for options. I'm 100% sure that i need an abortion if i am pregnant and i need information on how to go about it. I need to know if i need parental consent in MT. There's absolutely no way i could tell my parents or even think about going in front of a judge. I just need help.. There's a planned parenthood near me but i don't wanna go in until i know if i can, also how much it will be a so forth.

Are you still in high school? If you have graduated you don't need parental notification. You can also get a doctor to state that you are mature enough to make this decision.
Just an observation, don't blame your boyfriend alone for you getting pregnant. You had sex. Unless he forced you then you are just as responsible.

You can probably look it up on the net. My state has all it's laws available on line. In NH you could get one and it's illegal for anyone to tell your parents.
