Take a home pregnancy test. You MUST use your wake up pee for the best accuracy and don't use a "cheap" test.
Check with Planned Parenthood. Right now it looks like you do need to notify your parents BUT it is not enforced.
Laws vary by state and change often. You also could place the baby (if pregnant) up for adoption.
