Can I get pregnat in a first days after PMS ends
Hi there. Take a look online at the ovulation method. I use this as contraception as I became pregnant And miscarried on the pill, after this I couldn't find one to suit me. Basically working out when you ovulate and not having sex on those days will prevent pregnancy (If done properly) you normally ovulate from day 10 after day one of bleeding and u can normally know from heavier discharge and pains in ur ovaries.
