Well, my boyfriend and I were in his car and we are so in love with each other. Everyday we go a little farther each time. We still haven't had full blown sex yet because we're saving that for marriage. One day, I was very lubricated and I wiped his penis dry of all residue. I took it in my hand and I ran the tip of it just so he could feel how wet I am. Is there by any chance that he could get me pregnant that way? If so, how many days until I notice any symptoms?

sperm doesnt live long when exposed to air and people who try to get pregnant often have difficulties when they have full blown sex.
maybe you should think about some form of bc - either the contraceptive pill (can have fun without condoms as long as you know you are both STD free) or using condoms (which helps prevent both pregnancy and most STDs).
you can take a pregnancy test within about 2/3 weeks to find out - but as i said before its unlikely!

extreamly unlikely...i agree with the consider getting on the pill thing...Its hard to wait until marriage...specially if you two are taking it as far as you are right now.
At any rate I wouldn't even waste money on a test...if by some "miracle" you are more than a few days late on your period (just "thinking" you may be pregnant can cause your cycle to be "late") you can take a test then to "ease" your mind...but as far as the earliest a test would show Monkey was right- the earliest is 2-3 weeks post conception.
