um have you talked to her about it? what does she think is causing it.... you could also try other techniques. theres a lot more to sexual arousal than touching the genitals (especially in women) petting and kissing other areas of the body. breasts thighs stomack face neck ect.... all increase arousal. every woman is different so find out what areas are most sensitive to her....
