Your husband should go on a special diet to lower down level of triglycerides because that is very high. Everything above 500 is high risk. Your family doctor probably told you the same thing so you must talk to your husband about special diet plan. And how about his cholesterol? You are aware of the fact that this all is pointing to a heart problems so it is best to try by natural way prevent any further complications. I managed to lower the level of my triglycerides by making a few adjustments to my regular nutrition. First of all he shouldn't drink alcohol. Although vine is good for our health it is easily converted into triglycerides so your husband should avoid it. Then he should cut down on sugar and you are aware that includes cakes, sodas and sodas. He should also avoid fast food but natural animal fats found in eggs are necessary because body needs dietary fats to perform many functions so he can eat eggs but consult your doctor as well, just to be rest assured.
