It's very unlikely.
Even if the tubes cleared, and they can sometimes "reattach" it is unlikely that there would not be any scar tissue in them. Scar tissue would likely cause an ectopic, non-viable, pregnancy.
IVF is likely an option however. Talk to a fertility specialist.
