Can I wear the suspensory 24/7 without any adverse complications?

Hi. I recently finished a course of antibiotic therapy for epididymis.

As part of the protocol, the urologist prescribed a scrotal suspensory for elevation and support.

Now, when I leave the suspensory off, I feel very low, loose and sensitive scrotally.

My question: Can I wear the suspensory 24/7 without any adverse complications?

At my age, I am not concerned about sperm counts or motility.
