Hello everybody. My wife recently introduced me to Anita Revel. She is this life coach and mentor for women. She invented the diet called ‘’The goddess diet’’. The diet is really great. I read all about it, and I love it. My wife started following it recently. It has been only a couple of weeks and she already lost some pounds. She is very satisfied. I wanted to join her and start following this diet too, but then she explained to me that, even though she would love me keeping her company, she thinks this diet is only suitable for women. Is this true? Can I follow this diet or is it just for women?

Hello. I was following the goddess diet by Anita Revel for a while. Since I know a lot about the eating plan, I must say, it may not be a good idea for you to follow it. Anita Revel dedicated her life to women all around the world, and when she invented this diet, she had in mind just women. Not men.

And this diet includes much more than just healthy eating habits, it is a way of life. A way to become a goddess. And I believe your goal is not to become one (not that I would mind if it was).:)

I don’t agree with you Regina_Phalange. The goddess diet is all about eating healthy food and leading a healthy life style. I believe that everything (that doesn’t have anything to do with food ) can be adjusted for men.

I actually found an article in which Anita Revel herself says that the Goddess Plan is a lifelong method for any woman or girl who wants to achieve and maintain the goddess status. And that this diet plan can also help men and boys who use it, with small modifications for gender and sex.

So, Mad_Hatter, feel free to try it. ;)
