Hello everyone
I am interested in goddess diet. To be truly honest, I have a problem with obesity since I stopped training volleyball. I am very mad because my body dramatically changed. I remember my stomach was perfectly flat and I had “six-pack”. Now, my stomach is so ugly with belly fat. :/
In spite of that, I can’t make myself to start exercising again. I became so lazy.
Now, my plan is to find some good diet at first and then to start with some exercising too. I’ve found Anita Revel’s goddess diet but I am not sure is it as good as they say on internet.
Who is this Anita Revel, what are her references?

I am sorry that you have problem with overweight. But, you mustn’t be mad at your body. You must love it because your body- that’s you after all. You made that belly fat and that’s not the fault of your body.
On the bright side, you can always do something about it. This plan you have is a good beginning. I highly recommend you The Goddess Diet because I know bunch of people who lost a lot of pounds by following it.
I don’t know much about Anita Revel, but I’ve read somewhere that she is a life coach and a feminist who motivates women to find their inner goddesses.

I agree with Regina_Phlange. Don’t hate your body, you have to be one with it and start changing yourself in order to change and “fit up” your body.
I think that goddess diet will help you out too. But remember not to cheat and be persistent with it. You won’t see the results after just one week but keep up your moral and the result will come for sure.
What I know about Anita Revel is that she is the author of the new generation books (popular psychology), women motivator, columnist for United Press International and also was marketing director and a Japanese teacher.
