He has a hypospadia. They are common and it is usually not a cause of infertility.
How long have you been trying? It can take up to a year of regular intercourse.
If more than that, you should both see a fertility specialist. You can expect a full physical and internal exam, including blood work. Your partner can expect a semen analysis.
