I work out approximately 5 times a week for about an hour and a half a day. I am a vegetarian for about 4 years now. I am perfectly healthy but I cannot lose weight. I exercise in the gym for the past 3 years. What is going wrong with my weight? I changed up my workouts, changed my intensity levels.
