My dog apparently has canine immune mediated hemolytic anemia. My vet says that there is unfortunately nothing much that they can do for him apart from some pain relief. I really care about my furry friend and am not sure how to proceed from here. Have you got any advice?

Since when is this a forum about dogs?!? Anyway, my personal advice is that if your vet told you you could help your dog with pain relief, then I would just carry on giving him whatever pain relief you have been advised to give. Obviously there is nothing else you can do to help him, so this sounds good.
