Minimaniac, you've already been giving the only advise that will help. Keep working at it. Tim did get one thing right, don't force it. In a few years it should come unstuck on it's on but if you work at it you can get it unstuck sooner.

Such things will the body itself do when you hit the puberty. If you fill 14, and this is still a problem, you can use cortisone cream, and stretch your foreskin gently. Do this over time. Good luck:)
