I shoud be about 7 weeks preagant but when I went for my ultrasound today they can't fine a heartbeat or pretty much anything. They seem to think that the baby stop grow. I went for a blood test the and they said they will know for sure on wed. but my question is, is it possible to not really see a thing at 7 week?
